Policies and Fees
We thank you for your interest and involvement in music education and are pleased you are among the many families in this area who recognize the exciting benefits of early musical training.Or, you may be the Caregiver of an adult, and you recognize the benefits of lifeenrichment through music, at any stage in life, especially where there may be a special need.
Attendance: Regular attendance is extremely important for success. A parent or family member is required to attend class with the student. This aids in at-home follow-up and creates a sharing attitude, which will greatly enhance the child'smusical experience.
Inability To Attend: Please notify us if the student will be unable to have a piano lesson. Notification of inability to have a lesson is a courtesy to the instructor and is required, in order to make schedule changes for travel.
Missed lessons: Make-up arrangements are possible at the discretion of the instructor or a credit will be given to the next month.
Registration Fee: There is a non-refundable registration fee of $15.00 per student, to be paid at the time of the registration.
Book Fee: This fee is paid upon registration at the first lesson.
Tuition Fee: This monthly payment is expected at the first lesson of the each month equivalent to the number of lessons of that month, at $35.00 per lesson of 30 to 40 minutes each.
Instructor cancelation: The instructor will make arrangements to make up a canceled lesson, or give the student a credit for the next month.
Non-payment of tuition: We reserve the right to suspend students for non-paymentof tuition.
